What is your shipping policy?

Our shipping policy is simple - you order for wholesale or delivery - we will get your groceries/products together and pack them for you. You’ll have to arrange shipping for the products. We can give you specifics of weight and dimensions, but you’ll ultimately be responsible for the shipping process. If you’re ordering a large quantity of items (usually for our Wholesale partners), we can give you information and contact of a shipping company we trust.


Can I return produce?

All returns require the original receipt. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 7 days of the receipt date. There’s no return on frozen foods & fresh produce.

Can I place an order for cut meat?

Yes, you can place an order for cut meats. Please just call the main line and press 2 for the meat department and place your order then.

Do you have money transfer services?

Yes, we offer money transfer services. It is cash only and ID is required for all transactions, and a source of funds is required for all large transfers. Call for more information.
